Hello, my name is Twila Quaid. I am a licensed master’s social worker in the state of New York. I received my degree from SUNY Albany. I also have a master’s degree in mental health counseling from Capella, and am licensed to practice in New York State. I adhere to the code of ethics of the American Counseling Association (ACA), as well as the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
In addition to my education, I bring to the counseling experience, faith, creativity, and a diverse background, while facilitating personal growth, self- empowerment and searches for life directions. Through counseling, you can begin to learn ways to balance the demands of your life more successfully.
When I am not helping others, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking pictures, collecting rocks & sand, and enjoying the scenery. I live rurally, and many times have come home to find a skunk in my parking spot, a raccoon on my porch, and cardinals in my feeder.
